Returns & refunds

If it is not useful, we make it right. Same rules for every product Caplifi sells: digital reports, memberships, sessions, and custom work.

How to request a refund

  1. Email matthew@caplifi.com from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include the product name, approximate purchase date, and (if you have it) the Stripe receipt.
  3. We refund to the original payment method. Most refunds show in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Digital products (one-time)

Examples: Builder Pro Report, digital packs, and other one-time digital checkout items sold by Caplifi or ALMI.

Subscriptions

Examples: ALMI Care, Tarot Tunes Cosmic (Eclectic Ventures), Crowdwork Regulars, and other recurring plans.

Live sessions (support, consulting hours)

Workshops, custom integration, hardware builds

What this policy is not

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, email us. We will refund when the policy applies. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may close the account for that product until the dispute is resolved.
