Returns & refunds
If it is not useful, we make it right. Same rules for every product Caplifi sells: digital reports, memberships, sessions, and custom work.

Fast version
- Digital products (including Builder Pro $29): full refund within 14 days of purchase. No argument.
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime. Full refund of the latest charge if you ask within 14 days of that charge.
- Sessions: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session.
- Custom / workshop deposits: refundable until work starts; after start, unused balance is refundable.
How to request a refund
- Email matthew@caplifi.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include the product name, approximate purchase date, and (if you have it) the Stripe receipt.
- We refund to the original payment method. Most refunds show in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Digital products (one-time)
Examples: Builder Pro Report, digital packs, and other one-time digital checkout items sold by Caplifi or ALMI.
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge.
- You do not need to return a file. Digital goods are not “shipped back.”
- If the product failed to deliver, we refund or re-send immediately. That is not limited to 14 days.
Subscriptions
Examples: ALMI Care, Tarot Tunes Cosmic (Eclectic Ventures), Crowdwork Regulars, and other recurring plans.
- Cancel anytime. Access continues through the paid period unless you ask for an immediate refund.
- If you are not happy with a billing period, email within 14 days of that charge for a full refund of that charge.
- We do not bill after a confirmed cancel.
Live sessions (support, consulting hours)
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the session: full refund.
- Inside 24 hours: we reschedule once at no charge, or refund 50% if you cannot reschedule.
- If we miss the session or the session fails for our fault: full refund.
Workshops, custom integration, hardware builds
- Deposits are refundable in full until work begins (kickoff email or first deliverable).
- After work starts: refund of any unused prepaid balance; completed hours or materials are not refundable.
- Hardware that has not shipped: full refund. Shipped unused hardware: 14 days from delivery if unopened; return shipping is the buyer’s unless we shipped the wrong item.
What this policy is not
- It is not a performance guarantee that your business will earn a specific dollar amount.
- It does not cover third-party tools you buy on your own (Stripe fees on your account, hardware you purchase elsewhere, etc.).
- Chargebacks without talking to us first slow everyone down. Email first; we resolve refunds faster than banks do.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, email us. We will refund when the policy applies. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may close the account for that product until the dispute is resolved.
