Plain rules for how we handle information when you buy or use Caplifi products.

Caplifi-branded products are offered by Eclectic Ventures Incorporated (“we,” “us”). Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). Caplifi is the product brand; it is not a separate contracting AI or fictional office.
This policy covers personal information we collect when you visit caplifi.com, buy Caplifi products (including Builder Pro, Care, support packages, and Pay Link setup), create an account, or email us for support. Sister products under the Eclectic Ventures brand (for example Tarot Tunes) may publish their own notices; where they share this stack, this policy applies to Caplifi-facing flows.
We use it to provide and improve products, process payments and refunds, deliver fulfillments, secure systems, communicate with you, comply with law, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Some features use automated systems (including language models). Content you submit may be processed to generate outputs for your use. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private customer content to train public foundation models unless we clearly say so and you opt in. We may use aggregated operational metrics to improve reliability.
Automated tools are instruments of Eclectic Ventures Incorporated. They are not separate companies you contract with, and they are not licensed professionals.

We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly understood under U.S. state privacy laws. Where “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising applies, we will honor opt-out mechanisms we publish.
When a Caplifi product supports security or site health reports (for example System Proof-style offerings delivered with partners), we process only the site, device, and incident information needed to deliver the enrolled service and handoff packs. We do not sell that data. Partner operators who receive a handoff must handle it under their own agreements with the site owner.
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it, unless law requires longer retention (for example tax records of purchases).
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
To request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information we hold about you, email matthew@caplifi.com. You can cancel subscriptions and request refunds under our Returns policy. Marketing opt-out is available where we send marketing email.
Caplifi products are not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age where required by law).
Services may be hosted in the United States. By using Caplifi products you understand that transfers to the U.S. may occur.
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be called out in a reasonable way for active paid customers.
