The next phase in regulatory compliance is still in the works and may become law before the end of this year. The U.S. Senate is reviewing their bill and expressed an intent to align it with The Genius Act.

As you all are aware, regulatory compliance is one complexity barrier we seek to resolve. CapliFi is committed to compliance. Since 2020 we have provided select executives with technology consultation, along side their legal partners. The Genius Act was signed in to law July 2025 and since then the regulatory clarity has accelerated. The laws that have been passed have opened up the opportunity for services we’ve been building and expanded our ability to support our clients. Details are still under review, as always, but we will be publishing more information on our newest service offerings soon.
